CHRA (complete core) is recommend to be balanced again when you assemble them all. Upgrade factory BorgWarner Forward K03/K04 turbo to K04-064 size. Factory compressor housing might require porting job if your factory compressor wheel is smaller than this (46.4/56.1) compressor wheel. Factory turbine housing might require porting job if your factory turbine wheel is smaller than this (44.5/50) turbine wheel.

This repair kit is just for factory K03/K04 turbo with two piston rings on compressor side and twin piston rings on turbine side. Not for elder type with single piston ring on each side. 6+6 2618 Performance Billet Wheel. Extend Tapered Tip Exducer Dia.

Overall Height: 29.2 mm. Super Back Height: 2.6 mm.

44.5/50/D5 (5+5) Blade/Forward/High Flow/Twin Piston Ring/Shaft Length 102mm. Heavy Duty Repair Kit (3 x Oil holes, 8 x lubrication faces). Everything shown on first picture is included.
