This listing is for 1 off internal gear to fit a VW EOS Sunroof motor. The VW Eos sunroofs are attributed to failure due to lack of maintenance, the sunroof will encounter excessive resistance and overload the motor leading to failure. Note sunroof overloading leads to the felt on the cables wearing out, in turn leading to guide tube wear. The guide tube wear increases the clearance between cable to gear, which means the external gear and cables are prone to failure to sunroof motor failure.
To rectify the issue you are advised to remove the sunroof, clean, replace glides, cables and guide tubes BEFORE fitting any of our repair gears. Not doing so will lead to further damage to the sunroof motor, internal & external gears, cables and guides.
