We specialise in Components for all brands of convertible car, predominantly focusing around Roof pumps, motors, Wiring Looms & other common faults. During our work with the motors for VW EOS's we have identified the internal gear as a weak point within the roof mechanism. To Overcome this, we have had the internal cog manufactured in Steel to prevent the cog from stripping.
This Cog will outlast the car itself and has been manufactured to be a perfect fit to the EOS Roof Motor. A competent end user can change the cog out in less than 10 minuets.
