RH UNIT UNSEALED - LH DAMAGED. 2018 Facelift Style Rear Lights. Fits Range Rover Sport L494.

THIS LISTING IS FOR A PAIR OF LAMPS - See below for details of issues. The Right (UK Driver) side lamp was fitted and suffered water ingress.

The lamp is now dry but watermarks remain and the item has scuffs. On investigation there is an area of the top of the case that appears to be unsealed. The Left (UK Passenger) side lamp has a crack in the lower area of the lens that is likely to compromise the unit.

You will need to seal the lamps to avoid water ingress. Please be aware that we will not be able to accept a return for water/condensation issues on this unit once a repair has been undertaken to the fix the issue noted with the unsealed case. Misting can occur in the first few days of fitting in certain weather conditions but this would normally clear with continued use. Should the lamps have persistent misting/condensation sealant may need to be added to the loom or case. Some of the screws have been replaced on the rear of the units and some of the washers are split/showing signs of decay - see photos. There are some rough areas on the top of the lamps that should not be visible when fitted - see photos. There is some debris inside the sealed cases - see photos. This listing is for a pair of USED aftermarket 2018 style rear lights for a Range Rover Sport L494. These can be used to upgrade the rear lights in the 2013 -2017 Range Rover Sport L494 models. These new 2018 lights come with the sweeping indicator light! IMPORTANT: These lights have custom Powerful UK boards pre-installed so that these lights function correctly (see YouTube video below) - bear this in mind if considering purchasing these lights elsewhere! These are a straight plug and play upgrade in the earlier models!

These lights need to be fitted as a pair with the car turned off and not "tested" until both lights are fitted as this can cause the light control module to get "confused" if the car is turned on with different type of lights fitted to each side. Sometimes the ignition may need to be turned on and off a couple of times to sync the lights to the car. This is the latest facelift style rear light that was fitted to the Range Rover Sport L494 in 2018.

These will fit LHD and RHD cars. Note: These lights do not have a side reflector so are not suitable for NAS (North American Spec) use. These are quality aftermarket parts and not genuine Land Rover items. These can be used as alternatives to Land Rover PNs LR099774 and LR099777. See below fitting and demo video.
